My husband and I wanted to sell and buy as soon as possible- wanting to minimize the interest rate as much as possible given the market. We hoped and dreamed for Christmas. It took effort and care on our part to ensure that we did what was required by us by our lender and attorney, naturally, but Liesel was there the entire time to talk us off the ledge to suggest the best vendors, to advise the best deals, to confirm what was normal and fair, to fight for our interests with our seller, to advise then remind us about the necessary steps... We wouldn't have gotten this house without her. It was a horrendously stressful experience (our first buying/ selling experience) she was the only reason we made it through successfully and as well off as we did. We couldn't be happier and we are infinitely grateful.
